In an attempt to solve the employability gap and youth unemployment problem in Africa, we have identified quality education, career counseling, vocational education, and entrepreneurship as viable solutions. Many people see vocational education as an option for those that are not privileged to go to school, meanwhile, it is meant to be part of the school curriculum to prepare the students for life after school. Many students also have the challenge of choosing the right career path or profession, which has also resulted in a radical increase in the youth unemployment rate in our society. Our target audiences are students, undergraduates, graduates, school dropouts, and job seekers. Our target is to increase the number of people with relevant skills for financial success. By 2030, we will substantially increase the number of youths who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs, and entrepreneurship in alignment with SDG 4. We equip students, graduates, and young professionals with future-focused skills relevant to the 21st-century workplace. We exist to offer Career Development, Capacity Building, Employability Gap, and Job Creation. Our key activities are Vocational Skills & Entrepreneurship, Career & Talent Development workshop, and Capacity Building & Digital Training.
