Currently, the water quality for consumption by Kokama Indigenous children, aged 2 to 10 in the São José community, is poor due to excessive chemical contaminants, leading to illnesses. pH Ideal plans to create biodegradable bottles with filters made from açaí seeds, balancing the pH and making the water safe for Indigenous children. Its approach is unique because, in addition to the bottles that will be created, educational kits will be distributed with games that teach the importance of consuming clean and healthy water, promoting a culture of awareness within the community and helping prevent life-threatening diseases.
