UNLEASH Hack Namibia brings together young people, vocational trainers, and community innovators from Windhoek and Outapi to transform practical skills into sustainable livelihoods. Building on the SkillUp Namibia project, the Hack addresses a key local challenge: many young people and women have valuable practical skills, yet face limited access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. Using the UNLEASH Methodology, Talents will develop business ideas and community-based solutions in areas such as building maintenance, plumbing, fencing, repair services, and creative design. The Hack supports people facing the biggest barriers to employment, particularly women and youth, by helping them access economic opportunities, build entrepreneurship skills, and contribute to their local community.
