We are an impact-driven non-profit organization based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We aim to ensure every aspiring young changemakers – especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, sectors, and communities – can participate in our programs regardless of socio-economic background.

We’re currently looking for two Student Assistants to join our team starting January 15, 2026.
Are you…?

Based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Open to work 15-20 hours/week (with flexibility on which days you are present at the office).

Available to work full-time on program execution from June 15 – July 10, 2025.

Ready to commit to be part of the UNLEASH team for a significant period of your study time.

Familiar with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, innovation, entrepreneurship, human-centered design-thinking or youth-driven projects.

Energetic, curious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Used to engaging in multi-cultural and highly diverse working environments.

Communications Student Assistant
We are flexible to adjust your tasks depending on your interests and previous experience, but some of the work you will be supporting your UNLEASH colleagues on will be:

Co-create communications strategy based on current trends in the innovation and sustainability space.

Draft and schedule social media and blog posts based on communications strategy.

Edit videos for different purposes (incl. social media updates, content about innovation for our e-learning Innovation Hub).

Support on website maintenance.

Prepare communication materials for different stakeholders (participants, partners, Facilitators ...)
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate that:

Is enrolled in higher education, preferably at BA level or at the beginning of your MA in a relevant field, like Communications, Journalism, or Advertising.

Has solid analytical and IT-skills. Good Adobe skills is a strong advantage.
Programs Student Assistant
We are flexible to adjust your tasks depending on your interests and previous experience, but some of the work you will be supporting your UNLEASH colleagues on will be:

Supporting the planning and execution of UNLEASH programs and activities, including coordination with facilitators, participants, and other stakeholders.

Assisting with logistical preparation before, during and after program implementation, such as creating materials, schedules, communication with stakeholders, and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).

Contributing to content development for program sessions, workshops, and events in collaboration with the Programs workstream.

Engaging in other daily ad-hoc and administrative tasks related to program delivery.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate that:

Is enrolled in higher education, preferably at BA level or at the beginning of your MA in a relevant field, like Global Development, Business, Nonprofit Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Design or similar.

Is fluent in English; fluency in Danish would be an advantage.

Has excellent written communication skills and is detail-oriented.

Is flexible and enjoys shifting between a wide variety of tasks as part of a small, agile team

Has solid analytical and IT-skills; good Excel skills is an advantage

Supporting the planning, day-to-day coordination, and execution of UNLEASH programs, including the related ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Preparing materials, schedules, travel lists, and supporting in-person and online program logistics.
Coordinating with facilitators, participants, partners, and vendors.
Developing and refine session decks, handouts, and activity guides
Supporting the collection and documenting of program-related Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate that:
Is enrolled in higher education, preferably at BA level or at the beginning of your MA in a relevant field, like Global Development, Business, Nonprofit Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Design or similar.
