Our company Bhorosha (empowering women through livelihoods) is developing a transparent and automated platform to connect women employees (from informal economy) with potential employers in 2 steps, they are Step 1: Connecting them with appropriate jobs by matching their skill set Step 2: Provide skills gap training to enhance their existing skills for better job opportunities. We are developing a prototype for pilot launch at Korail Slum (largest informal settlement in Bangladesh) within the next few months. This will be done by setting up micro-agents to obtain and input information of the potential employees on our website by building up on the data.
