Ubuntu Amazônia is a response to the limited sustainable income in the Arapucu quilombo in Óbidos, Pará, caused by the monoculture of cassava. This training and mentorship program for quilombola leaders aims at implementing sustainable agriculture, restoring degraded areas, and generating continuous and sustainable income. It consists of three stages: training and co-creation with community leaders alongside specialists; training and implementation of activities with the community by the leaders, supported by specialists; and monitoring the results generated through the program's implementation.
