Stemming from the fact that society fails to harness Greenlandic potential in entrepreneurial activity, sustainable actions, and cross-cultural collaboration, this solution aims at creating a space for people to explore Greenlandic cuisine and sustainable Greenlandic culture. The Greenlandic food house would act as a force for cultural education, while fostering collaboration, entrepreneurship and sustainability. The GFH would cater to the needs and potential of multiple stakeholders by unleashing the public’s curiosity to engage with Greenlandic people, places and customs, by improve business relationships to harness more opportunity and by enhancing the appreciation of Greenlandic culture from a young age.
