Team Hope came out as the top Team from the Non-Communicable Diseases track, and their solution was awarded the Most Impactful Solution by Novo Nordisk India and the World Diabetes Foundation.

Super Girls is a mobile application that will enable young high school girls in Azerbaijan to create awareness, foster engagement, and take action to achieve the SDGs. The mobile app will use gamification featuring tailor-made SDG-related missions with increasing difficulty levels. Girls will be able to engage with the platform based on their interests, discover their passion, and develop leadership skills and motivation to work for the SDGs. Super Girls received the award for the Most Inclusive Solution, presented by the UNLEASH Ambassadors.

People for Poop Management has reconsidered how to provide a safe fecal sludge emptying and transportation service through a modified tri-wheeler, ensuring last-mile access in hard-to-reach communities in Bangladesh. PPM offers a regular, quick, hygienic, safe, affordable, and accountable emptying and transportation service to households while minimizing spills and preventing sludge from being dumped into water bodies. PPM won the award for Most Innovative Solution and received $5,000 from Infosys, to further develop their project.

Cool-It! is a sustainable and affordable heat-reflective roof tile made using recycled jute, ceramics, and radiative white paint, which can cool up to 20 degrees and lasts a lifetime. Cool-It! received the Most Scalable Solution award from Chemonics International and will receive in-kind support over a year to refine and scale their solution.

Black Panthers is a social venture that will situate itself between financial institutions and smallholder farmers in Mekong Delta, Vietnam, to provide access to funding, transparency, and trusted SDG impact measurements for carbon credits. Smallholder farmers in the region often lack the economic incentive and technical knowledge to adopt climate-resilient best practices in their farming. Individual farms that uphold climate-resilient practices are bundled together to create large-scale bankable projects which are presented to investors and high-integrity organizations looking to support climate adaptation efforts. The Team emerged as the top Team from the Climate Action track.

Blue Carbon focuses on seagrass restoration through improved seed collection and planting using new devices and techniques, as this organism absorbs carbon 35 times faster than tropical rainforests yet its meadows are depleting rapidly. Blue Carbon won the award for Most Pathbreaking Solution and received $5,000 from HCL and Shiv Nadar Foundation, to bring their project to implementation.
